Position Description:

Serves as assistant to Head Women's Softball Coach; assists with team practice sessions and game contests; instructs team members in game strategies and techniques; provides assistance in coordination of softball team recruitment activities; aids in the development of team contest schedule; counsels student athletes concerning academic progress; assists in fundraising activities; and completes related duties as required.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least two years of collegiate softball or baseball coaching or collegiate softball or baseball playing experience required. Student experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa.
