Assistant Director of Student Involvement
Medaille College invites applications for an Assistant Director of Student Involvement on the Buffalo campus. Under the direction of the Director of Student Involvement, the Assistant Director serves as a liaison among faculty, students, staff, and community agencies to promote and facilitate various forms of community-based learning and volunteerism. In addition, the Assistant Director coordinates the transitional needs of international students including orientation, programming, transportation, and student support services.
This position requires a Master’s Degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field. Preferred qualifications include two years’ experience in higher education, coordinating community-based learning, student activities, working with international students, and/or experience with assessment and planning. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working with diverse constituencies
