This position manages the computing infrastructure, technology training, help desk, Midas accounts, and content organization in SharePoint and J drive of the University Libraries.

Level and type of experience
Considerable hands-on experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software.
Working knowledge of networks including troubleshooting all aspects of wired and wireless configurations. Experience with ticketing systems. Some experience in managing SharePoint. Some supervision experience.

Preferred knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field. Some experience working in academic environment. Some experience with Ivanti and JAMF . Demonstrated project management experience. Some experience maintaining and debugging computer peripherals (printers, scanners, mobile devices, cameras, etc. Some experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Conditions of Employment
Occasional evening or weekend hours are required due to special projects.

Annual Salary/Hourly Rate
Salary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - $46,087
