ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain data tracking systems for Academic Operations Support Team. Perform database construction as requested.
- Provide technical support to AOS website and faculty resource.
- Collaborate with faculty to gather feedback concerning necessary changes to website and resource content.
- Monitor and support the AOS website maintenance role account. Respond to inquiries accurately, process requests according to team standards, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance (QA) reviews on AOS systems and databases, making appropriate revisions and corrections if needed. Ensure that all information and databases receive the appropriate level of QA, are updated as necessary, and are fully functional for use.
- Complete maintenance or revision requests as assigned. Accurately update content in the database management system according to established timelines.
- Assist with compiling the AOS Payroll audit and providing audit checks.
- Manage existing operational reports.
- Create and prepare other reports as assigned and requested.
- Responsibilities include creating and distributing operational reports in Excel, Access, or other reporting software.
- Review and identify issues with data in reports and effectively communicate and escalate issues to AOS Project Coordinator.
- Provide data analysis to reports
- Complete special projects or assignments as required
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A Bachelor's degree in an IT Field is highly preferred.

- Must be able to act independently under general direction
- Possess a high degree of personal integrity and strong work ethic and be proficient in delivering sustained results in a matrix infrastructure
