Position Summary:
The Conference Technician works under the direction of the Conference Services Manager to set up all conference rooms and audio visual equipment needed for hotel conference guests. Provides excellent customer service to hotel guests and responds to guests requests in a professional and timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with audio/visual equipment
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, hotel staff, the university community and the professional public.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel and conference center
- Working knowledge of hotel space management, i.e. Delphi.
