Brief Summary:

The Manager of Systems & Data Operations supports the Executive Director of Student Financial Services with the technical component of managing the federal, state and institutional programs. Specific responsibilities include management of the federal financial aid analysis, and the New York State Tuition Assistance Program, and the Federal Electronic Loan Processing System, and overall mainframe computer systems operations, including liaison with the Computer Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all batch processing and electronic communications including ISIR data, electronic federal aid payments, tracking, financial aid packaging and student correspondence, exception reporting, and student loan processing.
• Support the SFS leveraging strategies in conjunction with Enrollment Management.
• Provide and generate data for various industry surveys (College Board, IPEDS, Peterson's.etc).
• Develop and prepare trend data for financial aid strategic econometric modeling.
• Manage and develop ARGOS reporting.
• Oversee and review upgrades to ERP systems (Banner, ARGOS, BDM).
• Complie and reconcile fiscal reports (FISAP)
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Banner preferred.
