To review academic records and evaluate eligibility of undergraduate students for graduation. To initiate and maintain contact with eligible students and their departmental advisors through final graduation clearance. To research and resolve graduation problems and concerns.

Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Working knowledge of information systems and computer software used to prepare correspondence, enter and manipulate data, and produce reports.
Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain established policies and procedures and make decisions based on established criteria. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing when working with a diverse student population. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, make workflow decisions and manage large complex projects independently.

Working knowledge of a University Registrar's Office policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
