Summary of Position The Technical Service Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the University Center technical services, including, audio visual equipment, lap tops and electronic signage in all conference rooms. Providing technical assistance to users when problems occur. Inspect all equipment for proper functioning for customers. The technical assistant will provide assistance and support to other departments in Student Life, as needed. It is important that the technical assistant be familiar with the building, its equipment, policies, programs and services.

Required Qualifications

Required Education BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Multi-Media/Computer Equipment

Required Work Experience Four years experience working with event spaces and/or computer trouble shooting.
