Applications are being accepted for a Director of Online Services to serve as a member of the Medaille College’s Enrollment Management leadership team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the oversight of the business and operational functions of the online admissions function, including but not limited to management of the outsourced enrollment management vendor relationship, oversight of the online student services offices, and implementing and evaluating the business processes that enable online admissions to achieve enrollment and retention goals.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education and a minimum of three years administrative experience in online college admissions, enrollment services and/or sales. A master’s degree is highly desirable. Must have excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidates also must be able to do some travel and work some evenings and weekends.
