Assistant Director of Ticket Operations

Job Description
The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations assists the Director of Ticket Operations in a variety of administrative and operational duties. This individual will be the front line supervisor for group sales and the group sales intern staff. Responsible for developing new accounts, increasing revenue, processing ticket orders, completing and reconciling daily business transactions, and maintaining records (financial and event-related) in accordance with NCAA requirements and Finance & Accounting policies and procedures. Reconciling of daily cash/credit card activity. Develops and maintains relationships with season ticket holders, initiates and coordinates group ticket sales efforts in conjunction with the Director of Ticket Operations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and one year of experience in an athletic ticket office.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience in a NCAA Division I institution ticket office. Experience with Neulion Total Ticket System.

Salary Range
$26,000 - $30,000

Job Duties

Essential Job Duties
-Assist the Director of Ticket Operations with managing athletic ticket office operations for all ticketed events, commencements, and fundraising events.
- Build and maintain events on the Neulion system as assigned.
-Manage and supervise Ticket Sellers in conjunction with Ticket Office Coordinator.
-Hire, Train, and Supervise student staff and interns.
-In charge of scheduling all student staff for athletic events.
-Lead office in revenue generation through outbound Sales calls focused on Group Sales and Season Ticket Sales.
-Reconcile Cash and Credit Sales after supervising events.
-Assist Director in running reports for the department.
-Have a Sales Oriented mentality when it comes to thinking of new ideas for the Box Office.
-Handle the majority of incoming calls from the community.
-Help the Director maintain proper protocol with NCAA Compliance regulations and supervising pass lists during events.
