Summary of Position Teach classes in Computer Aided Design ( CAD ) Based Engineering Graphics.
Position Type Faculty - Temporary & Continuing
Required Qualifications
Required Education BS degree with at least 18 semester hours of college credit in Engineering Graphics for Mechanical Design.
Required Work Experience A minimum of five (5) years of suitable industrial experience in the preparation of CAD based Engineering Graphics. This experience must demonstrate: The Use of U.S. technical graphics standards; Mastery of at least one U.S. industry standard, parametric based, solid modeling software; Direct experience in the design of molds for plastic injection molding; Some experience in the design of metal forming dies, tooling and/or fixtures. The applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Education including a BS degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology; an MS degree, prior teaching experience, industrial experience exceeding five years.
