Position Description:

Manages all operations of the women's basketball office including operating budget, team travel, quality control, NCAA compliance and recruiting related matters; develops highly competitive non-conference schedule; hires, trains, supervises and mentors team managers; and manages external relations, alumni and fundraising efforts.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of collegiate coaching, athletic department administrative experience or at least two years of collegiate basketball playing experience required. Evening and weekend work required. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa. Student experience will be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

Division I experience preferred.
