Position Summary:
Works under the direction of the Conference Services Manager to set up all conference rooms and audio visual equipment needed for hotel conference guests. Will also assume leadership/supervisory role over conference technicians and be subject to managerial responsibilities. Provides excellent customer service to hotel guests and responds to guests requests in a professional and timely manner. Training will be provided.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience supervising staff.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, hotel staff, the university community and the professional public.
- Must be able to safely and continuously lift and maneuver 60 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel and conference center.
- Working knowledge of hotel space management, i.e. Delphi.
- Experience with audio/visual equipment.
