ADMISSIONS SPECIALIST
Harper College is currently seeking experienced student recruitment professionals to be responsible for outreach activities aimed at recruiting individuals to enroll in Harper College. The successful candidate will work with students throughout the enrollment process, explaining policies and procedures and anticipating students' needs by considering all aspects of the enrollment cycle. You will assist in advising students on issues that will impact their placement, enrollment, financial assistance including the potential effect of changes in their course load, withdrawal from their classes and eligibility for a refund of tuition charges, and adherence to the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards policy and appeal process. You will also assist students in understanding their financial obligations and educating them on how Harper College, federal, state and third party resources can provide assistance.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, communication or related field
- At least three years of experience in educational recruiting or sales
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail essential
- Must possess strong presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills
