Summary of Position Teach undergraduate Business Ethics and Social Responsibility course and general management courses in a face-to-face setting, with a willingness to teach on-line and in a mixed delivery format. Candidates must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience for its students that instills knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry level positions and job advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. Additionally, faculty will participate in collaborative efforts to foster course enhancement, teaching effectiveness, and assessment of student learning. Office hours are required; one office hour per week for each course taught.

Required Qualifications

Required Education MBA or a masters in related field from an accredited university.

Required Work Experience Five years of substantial management work experience. Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Ph.D. or J.D. and teaching experience in undergraduate management courses and upper level executive management work experience.
