Summary of Position Teach undergraduate courses in general management and small business and entrepreneurship in multiple delivery methods that may include face-to-face, on-line, and mixed delivery format. Candidates must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience for its students that instills knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry level positions and job advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. Additionally, faculty will participate in collaborative efforts to foster course enhancement, teaching effectiveness, and assessment of student learning. Office hours are required, one office hour per week for each course taught.

Required Qualifications

Required Education Master's degree from an accredited institution in a business related field or a Master's in Business Administration ( MBA ).

Required Work Experience Minimum of five years of substantial management experience and teaching or training experience. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Licenses and Certifications

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, related doctorate, and two to three years teaching experience in the field of management at the college level.
