Summary of Position Teach undergraduate courses in international business in a face-to-face setting in Traverse City with a willingness to teach on-line and in a mixed delivery format. Candidates must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience for its students that instills knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry level positions and job advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. Additionally, faculty will participate in collaborative efforts to foster course enhancement, teaching effectiveness, and assessment of student learning. Office hours are required; one office hour per week for each course taught.

Required Qualifications
Required Education MBA or a master's in related field from an accredited university
Required Work Experience Five years of substantial international business experience.
Required Licenses and Certifications
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Doctorate or Master's degree in a business related field with successful completion of eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in international business, substantial international business experience and experience teaching undergraduate international business courses. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
