Summary of Position Teach design courses such as visual literacy, graphic design theory and current technologies. The candidate must be able to teach multiple subject areas within a graphic design curriculum. Responsibilities include holding office hours, utilizing face-to-face, blended and/or online modes of delivery; assuring/improving learning through assessment, close consultation with program faculty, as well as training via the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning.

Required Qualifications
Required Education Bachelors/ BFA in design related field.
Required Work Experience Minimum of three years in design related field.
Required Licenses and Certifications
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Minimum of 3 years of professional communication design and art direction
experience; mastery of technology tools that meet the demands of the current
professional design practice; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
