Card Center Administrative Specialist

This position will assist the Card Center Manager in the performance of office duties which include reconciling meal plans, Monarch Plus, and Prox requests. Other duties include maintaining paper and electronic records in accordance with policies and procedures; processing monthly and weekly billing; and reconciling all card transactions and requests.

Type of Recruitment

Knowledge, skills and abilities
Basic knowledge of cashiering practices.
Some knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology. Effective computer skills using Excel and Word. Effective customer service and problem-resolution skills when serving diverse customers. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented.
Demonstrated ability to organize and process a variety of documents and forms. Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Level and type of experience
Working experience using Excel and Word for reconciling. Some experience in providing services directly to consumers from diverse backgrounds.

CSGold and/or Banner experience preferred

Salary range between $ - 22,460 - $28,000
