Radiologic Technology Program Head

RANK AND SALARY: Full-time, nine-month teaching position. Rank and salary are dependent upon academic qualifications and experience.

 

DUTIES: Teach 15 credit hours (day, evening, and/or weekends) per semester and maintain 10 hours of office time per week. Performs Program Head duties including the selection of new applicants into the Radiography program and maintain the accreditation of the Radiography program with JRCERT. Perform other duties such as committee assignments and student advising.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree required. Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT). Must have three years clinical experience in the professional discipline. Must be licensed to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Virginia. Must have documented two years experience as an Instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
