Assistant Director of Admissions, Undergraduate Programs
Medaille College seeks applications for an Assistant Director of Admissions, Undergraduate Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting qualified students, helping the student though all stages of enrollment, attend college fairs and other related activities, acting as a liaison to other departments and programs; building recruitment plans in new areas and building on past success in established areas; maintaining territorial management follow-up (phone calls, emails, other written communication etc.). This position requires work on some evenings, and weekends. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor. The applicant should have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
The position prefers a Bachelor’s degree and requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in college admissions. The applicant should possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
