Philosophy Visiting Assistant Professor

VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF PHILOSOPHY
University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Position: Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy. For one academic year, starting July 1, 2017. AOS : Moral philosophy. Preference for candidates who can teach bioethics, philosophy of law, and/or philosophy of social science in addition to a survey of normative ethics. Two courses per semester, plus advising and committee work. Applicants should submit CV, writing sample, evidence of teaching ability, and contact information for two individuals who have agreed to provide a letter of recommendation at http://facultysearches.provost.upenn.edu/postings/1114 . Recommenders will be contacted by the University with instructions on how to submit a letter to the website.
Review of applications will begin April 1 and continue until the position is filled.
