Job Duties:
Coordinates application planning, design and implementation of one or more major modules of the Districts enterprise business system; plans, oversees and performs complex business and systems analyses; collaborates with administrators, managers and Information Services staff to ensure development of systems capabilities to achieve operational and service strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience: Three years of increasing responsible experience involving information systems analysis, including advising clients on technology solutions and conducting business process analyses and troubleshooting large, complex software applications.
o NOTE: For work experience, a year is defined as equivalent to 40 hours per week for 12 months.
AND
Education: Equivalent to an associate degree with coursework in business applications, computer science, information systems or a related field.

Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by, accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum qualifications. Coursework and degrees that are completed outside of the United States are required to have transcripts evaluated (evaluation to U.S. equivalency and a course by course analysis) by an appropriate U.S. credentials evaluation service.
