Director of Online Student Services

Medaille College is accepting applications for a Director of Online Student Services.  This is a full time position responsible for managing academic and administrative services for online students enrolled in the Division of Online & Continuing Education.

A Master’s degree is required with three or more years’ experience in advising online students, using student information systems, and learning management systems.  The incumbent will provide excellent customer service, be able to multi-task and work efficiently. The position requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Medaille is a growing, private, four-year, liberal arts-based college in Buffalo, New York, serving the educational needs of traditional and non-traditional students in Western New York and Southern Ontario through a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs (www.medaille.edu).
