Position Summary:
This position will assist a Hampton Roads AREC department in the implementation and maintenance of laboratory and field experiments affecting nursery production, plant pathology, weed science, turf grass or biological systems engineering. Successful candidate will assist with possible spraying, data collection and assist within lab. This is an off-campus position at the Hampton Roads Agricultural Research and Extension Center ( AREC ), located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of experimental design and practices and equipment; basic computer skills (MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an agricultural research setting; Experience with data collection, entering, and analysis.
