Full/Part Time Status:Part Time Service Schedule:Spring Semester

Position Description:

Responsibilities include teaching construction project scheduling; project planning and control; CPM diagrams, Precedent Method, and PERT methods; project expediting techniques; construction risk management, resources scheduling techniques, resource leveling and cash flow project techniques; plus schedule and control methods for construction projects using computerized methods.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Technology Education, Construction Management or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

Industrial/field experience in construction practices and / or university or community college teaching experience in construction management, civil engineering or related fields required.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with civil engineering or construction management projects preferred.
