Position Description:

Coordinates and administers all aspects of the orientation of new undergraduate students; assesses and develops programs that support new students; manages UNI Now extended orientation program and assists with orientation programs for special populations such as Jump Start; and supports University enrollment goals by participating in committees and initiatives that improve the transition and retention of new students.

This position is eligible for overtime.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in a student services field such as orientation, admissions, residence life, or academic advising required. Experience in delivering group presentations also required. Graduate student experience will be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

Master's degree and experience with multicultural programs preferred.
