The Role:
The Occupational Therapy Program Director is a full-time academic administrator reporting to the Program Chair and who will work closely with the school\u0027s academic administrators and administrative staff, as well as full-time and part-time faculty. In this dynamic role, the Program Director will provide leadership and management for the Occupational Therapy residential and flex programs at the St. Augustine campus. The Program Director assures delivery of the curriculum in a manner that meets program goals, educational effectiveness, consistency and institutional expectations. The Program Director works with the accreditation team and leads programmatic accreditation to assure all standards are met and reports are appropriately filed.

External Requirements
Candidate's Background Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Doctoral degree (terminal degree) and at least five years' experience teaching in the field of occupational therapy as an Associate Professor or Professor, with at least three years' experience in a leadership role in an accredited program. Online and blended learning teaching experience is preferred.
Florida State Licensure for Occupational Therapy is required.
