Position Description:

Plans, administers, and supports a program of selection, implementation, and support for the College of Education's desktop and laptop environment; plans and administers a secure and stable computing environment; evaluates both immediate and long-term desktop options; plans and coordinates a program of staff computer training; and supervises student staff.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of experience supporting computer hardware and software environments, including operating systems, network systems, and applications software in both PC and Macintosh environments; ability to work well in a team; and ability to effectively communicate required. Student experience will be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise client management systems and remote assistance software is preferred.
