Manager, HR Analytics



MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYTICS, Human Resources (HR), to assume responsibility for the critical management of HR analytics and data reporting capabilities. Will report to the director of technology with a dotted line reporting to the VP for HR. Will build and manage an HR analytics function, lead the detailed statistical analysis of human capital to identify actionable insights, and build predictive models. The insight from this analysis will be used to inform HR talent management decisions and assess HR program effectiveness. The position will involve gathering data from various sources, statistically analyzing large data sets of internal and external data, and assisting in interpreting this data to make well-informed business decisions.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field; a minimum of five years' experience in metrics, analytics, or other data-focused area; strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience using advanced functions of Microsoft Excel; attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to effectively partner with others and collaborate across the Institute and remain customer service focused by meeting the needs of the business. Must demonstrate the ability to influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively; lead in a large, complex environment; and present complex information clearly. Seek a solutions-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a proven track record of completing assignments/projects on time and on budget. A bachelor's degree in business statistics, applied mathematics, or economics desired; as is experience with Tableau, Cognos, BrioQuery, and SQL. Experience with HRIS systems (SAP) and enterprise business intelligence a plus. Job #14076-Q
