Brief Summary:

The Athletics Department at Marist College invites applications for the part-time position of Head Dance Team Coach. Marist College is an NCAA Division I program and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of its Dance Team program including, but not limited to, dance member recruitment, dance choreography, selection and performance, organizing and planning of practice sessions, attendance at all home Football and Men's and Women's Basketball contests, and ordering of supplies as necessary. This position requires some travel along with evening and weekend work.

Qualifications:

This position requires an experienced dance coach with knowledge in teaching all facets of dance with an emphasis on safety. This is a part-time stipend position that reports to the Coordinator of Club Sports, Intramurals & Camps. CPR / First Aid and AACCA certifications required.
