DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR POLICY AND ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, RESEARCH CENTER FOR ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY (CEEPR), MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI), to fulfill a dual research/staff position, working both independently and with MIT faculty, staff, and students in energy technology, environmental science, and economics. Will lead and participate in policy research on a broad range of energy and environmental issues, formulating and supervising the economic component of studies of rapidly changing energy markets. Will report directly to the director of MIT Energy Initiative.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: a Ph.D. in economics; significant professional experience in analysis of energy issues, and a continuing interest in policy aspects of energy and environment. Seek an economist with a strong publication record on energy and environmental economics research. Job #13783
