Brief Summary:

The Department of Modern Languages and Cultures seeks to establish a pool of qualified applicants for future, part-time Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate language courses at the beginner and intermediate levels in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Latin, or Spanish. Applications will be kept on file for one semester or academic year, depending on hiring needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Successful applicants may teach between three to nine semester credit hours within the required discipline at on campus sites and assist students as needed.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in the discipline or a closely related area; Doctorate degree preferred. Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching through technology. Native or near-native fluency required.
