Brief Summary:
Marist College invites applications and nominations for the position of Adjunct Faculty in Financial Management to join the School of Management beginning fall 2016. This part time position will involve teaching undergraduate courses in both day and evening classes. The financial management course includes techniques for time value of money, stock and bond valuation, as well as capital budgeting and forecasting. The School of Management is seeking adjunct faculty members who, in addition to teaching their classes, participate in the life of the School and its activities. This will include attending faculty and School events on campus, and participating in the community as a representative of Marist College and the School of Management. . The School of Management will be receiving applications immediately for the position as an Adjunct Professor for the fall 2016 semester.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach financial managment course(s), and participate in the life of the School and its activities.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a commitment to excellence in teaching and research and should have earned a masters degree in a relevant discipline. Professional experience is also highly desirable.
