Position Summary:
A part-time technician position is available in the laboratory investigating brain response to emotional distress using animal models. The responsibilities include managing mouse colony, running behavioral tests on mice, immunohistochemical analyses of brain tissues and assistance with general lab needs.

Required Qualifications:
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to recognize abnormal behavior and clinical signs in laboratory animals.
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior laboratory experience is desirable but not absolutely necessary.
