Position Summary:
Duties will include conducting research and publishing in scholarly journals, teaching graduate and undergraduate classes, conducting scholarly activities and providing administrative services to the department, college, and university as well as professional services to appropriate national organizations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should have: (1) a doctorate in Management or related field (or be in the final stages of completing a doctorate) with a specialization in Strategic Management from an AACSB accredited school, (2) a strong program of scholarly research consistent with the rank applied for, and (3) instructional capabilities at the undergraduate, MBA and doctoral levels. Candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in research and teaching in strategy, and secondary research and teaching interest in entrepreneurship, technology and innovation, or international business is also desirable.
