Job Description: The Family Medicine Center location of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University (ECU) is seeking three board-certified/board eligible Family Medicine physicians.

The primary role for these clinical positions will be to provide care to patients in the Family Medicine Center.

Duties include outpatient primary care with some weekend sessions.

On-call responsibilities will also be assigned for regular schedule and designated holidays on a rotating basis.

The Brody School of Medicine is known nationally for its commitment to family medicine. The successful candidates will join our primary care providers in a state-of-the-art medical practice that is designed for convenient and comprehensive medical care with a patient focus.

The Brody School of Medicine is affiliated with Vidant Medical Center which is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health and serves as the principal teaching hospital for ECU.

Tenure track or fixed term position available at the Assistant Professor level or higher.


Minimum Qualifications: MD or DO equivalent from an appropriately accredited institution

Board-certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician

Licensed in North Carolina or license eligible

Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.
