Job Description: The Department of Pediatrics at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine has temporary faculty positions for the various sub-specialties of Pediatrics.

Sub-specialties of Pediatrics include: Cardiology, Neonatology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, General Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Hematology/Oncology, Adolescent and Critical Care.

Faculty positions are available at the titles of Clinical Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor, Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, Teaching Professor, Research Assistant Professor, Research Associate Professor, and Research Professor.

These part-time, temporary faculty positions may have teaching, clinical, research, and administrative duties.

The ECU Brody School of Medicine is affiliated with Vidant Medical Center. Vidant is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health and serves as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

Minimum Qualifications: Physicians must have a medical degree, MD/DO, from an accredited institution.

Research faculty must have a minimum of a master's degree for the pediatric sub-specialty which they want to be considered.
