Job Description: The East Carolina University Physics Department is seeking applicants for two non-tenure track teaching positions for the academic year 2017-2018, beginning August 14, 2017. Teaching assignment includes four courses each semester. Appropriate service to the university, community and profession is expected. Position may possibly be renewed in subsequent school years.


Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Physics required for appointment as Teaching Assistant Professor. Master's Degree in Physics plus experience teaching introductory undergraduate algebra-based and calculus-based physics courses may be considered for appointment as Teaching Instructor. All degrees should be from appropriately accredited institutions.
