FOODPRO MANAGER


Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Support Services, this position will collaborate with all Wisconsin Union Dining & Hospitality locations to manage and coordinate the FoodPro menu management system.

Degree and Area of Specialization:
No degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
Prior menu management system experience required (FoodPro, FSS CBORD, Computrition, etc.)
Registered Dietitian preferred.
Experience in purchasing perishable foods, supplies, and merchandise.
Experience training, coaching, and staff development.
Experience with database, auditing, and record keeping principles and practices.
Ability to drive medium duty truck is required.


License or Certificate:
A valid driver's license which meets UW Risk Management driving guidelines is required.
Serv Safe and responsible alcohol service certification is required.
Possession of or ability to obtain and keep current ServSafe food safety/sanitation certification is required.
