Summer Facilities and Audio & Visual Operations Coordinator

Job Description: The Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day facility operations and audio visual support for conference groups. Responsibilities include: scheduling, training, supervision of student staff, coordinating meeting room set up and breakdown, graduation ceremony support in June, and event support logistics. Candidate will work closely with colleagues in Facilities, Public Safety and Information Technology.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree by May 2019
  • Experience working in event, programming, Audio & Visual, or customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, patient and compassionate
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Valid driver's license preferred.


Reports to: Director of Operations, Erin McDonnell

Begin/End: April 15 - August 19, 2019. Up to 35 hours per week. Not to exceed 650 hours.

Days/ hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Evening & weekend hours required.

Where will they work: ROTC 206B / 204

Hourly Salary range: $17-19/hr.

Budget range salary only - $11,050 - $12,350
