Senior Assessment and Technology Program Director

Are you passionate about data-driven decision making? Are you excited about strategic planning? Do you have experience leveraging technology to achieve outcomes?

The University of Vermont’s Division of Student Affairs is seeking a Senior Assessment and Technology Program Director to lead assessment, strategic planning, and technology integration. This role is integral to improving the student experience, mapping student learning and steering the Division forward in terms of data management, analysis and distribution. Uniquely, our new colleague loves crunching numbers as much as they enjoy sharing their findings with students, staff, faculty and senior leaders.

Master’s degree in higher education, research and assessment, or related field and two years’ experience with implementing and analyzing research and assessment required. Demonstrated commitment and knowledge of issues of diversity required. Effective written, verbal, and technological communication skills required.
