Job Summary | This position will manage direct marketing, digital marketing, communication content and publication projects for the offices within Enrollment Management. This includes Undergraduate Admission, Recruitment, Transfer Center, Registration and Student Records, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships. This position will also work as the primary liaison with Public Relations and Marketing, as well as Housing, Dining and EdR offices. This position will ensure projects, initiatives, marketing and communication activities are delivered and on schedule. This position will work closely with the AE Strategic Communication ( AESC ) and Analytics, Assessment & Decision Support ( AADS ) team to develop, produce, maintain initiatives and projects on behalf of Enrollment Management to strategically meet University goals. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Digital marketing, SEO and advertising experience preferable; Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus, but not required; Experience with Drupal Content Management System ( CMS ); Experience in higher education and admission operations a plus; 1-3 years in a marketing/communication or project management role; Excellent project management skills; Multitasking and organizational talent; Attention to detail; Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines; An appreciation of visual design principles for effective communication. |
