Degree and area of specialization:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Prior training and education in office management, communication, or project management is strongly desired.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Required:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing administrative support and/or managing an administrative unit
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Professional level and highly efficient use of base Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality at all times

Position Summary:
The School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a customer service and detail oriented multi-tasking individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean of the School of Veterinary Medicine and the Associate Dean for Advancement and Administration and to manage the administrative functions of the dean's office.
