Minimum $46,500 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and area of specialization:
No degree required.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Three or more years of restaurant management experience is required.
One or more years experience working in a restaurant serving alcohol is required.
Knowledge of restaurant food preparation, culinary management and menu planning procedures. Cost analysis, profit and loss concepts, inventory and food cost controls, as well as invoicing procedures.
Proven experience in supervisory methods and practices including training, coaching, staff development, and motivation of full time and part time staff is required.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as attention to details.
Strong self-direction and initiative.

License or Certificate:
Serv Safe and responsible alcohol service certification.

Position Summary:
Under general direction of the Restaurant Division General Manager this position will manage day to day operations of the Sett Pub and Terrace dining. Supervision of permanent and part time staff.

Additional Information:
Physical requirements:
Long periods of standing and walking on hard floors.
Ability to move food carts weighing up to 500 pounds. Lift pans weighing up to 30 pounds, out of a cart and place on serving line. Carry, change out and stack 1/2 barrels of beer weighing up to 150 pounds.

Schedule:
Academic Year: Wed - Friday 2:00pm - 11:00 pm; Sat - Sun 10:00am - 7:00 pm
Additional shifts including holidays as needed (40 - 50 hours per week)

Terrace Season Schedule: Wed - Friday 2:00pm - 12:00 am; Sat - Sun 10:00am - 8:00 pm
Additional shifts including holidays as needed. (50 - 60 hours per week)
Schedules shown are examples, schedule will vary based on business needs
