Job Summary:
Starting pay is based on experience, with a minimum starting rate of $15.42 per hour.

This is the sole university staff position for the Religious Studies Program. Excellent communication (verbal, written, social media) is essential for this position, as is the ability to work with a variety of offices, faculty, students and community. Responsibilities include: implementing timetable and enrollment management, payroll and benefits, and finance, as well as office management and assistance with Program management. This position reports to the Director and Associate Director of the Religious Studies Program.

This position requires knowledge of university policies, excellent customer service skills, project and time management abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to interact positively and independently with university administration, faculty, staff, students, and the public. Mandatory requirements include strong oral and written communication skills, data interpretation and analysis abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize. Additionally, social media, word processing, and database skills are required. The expectation is that the person in this position will know or will be able to learn data systems specific to UW that are essential for stated purposes of the position.
