Digital Web and CRM Manager, UC Online

In fulfillment of this mission, UC Online invites candidates to the position of Digital Web and CRM Manager.

The Digital Web andCRM Manager (DWCM) is responsible for overall web management and CRM ownership. This role will own the overall user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for UC Online's website. Responsibilities include light HTML coding, WordPress content updates, image maintenance, and ongoing testing and updates; owning the CRM solution by being the administrator, leading integrations and maintenance of the CRM solution; leading overall SEO work for UC Online; owning Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console for UC Online; and the overall organic social media strategy, including community management.

This position requires some technical HTML coding knowledge, SEO expertise, CRM expertise (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred), Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console expertise, social media content and community manager understanding, an ability to work well with cross-functional team members, and the ability to budget and plan for future needs. The successful candidate must be able to research, find, and implement solutions for web, CRM, and social media needs as new situations require. The DWCM will work with internal team members, external UC teams, and external vendors.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, writing skills sufficient for creating social media and web contact, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This individual will be a self-motivated learner, adept at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and managing interactions with constituencies across the institution at various levels. This position will require someone who is adaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience; OR an Associate's degree with five (5) years of related experience; OR seven (7) years of related experience.


Ideal Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or other related discplines.
  • Eexperience demonstrating website management, software analysis, content development, HTML coding, and CRM system management.
