Job Summary:
This position is part of the University Health Services' (UHS) Budget and Finance Team. Team duties include general accounting, purchasing, billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable in the Division of University Health Services (UHS). This position performs a wide variety of complex department financial/accounting functions which may include maintaining all program financial records, tracking of purchasing and payments, processing requisitions, PIRs and travel expenses, and reconciling cash. This position requires the ability to collect and analyze financial data and to pay close attention to detail. It requires initiative in the timely and accurate preparation and processing of departmental reports. Great organizational skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills are expected.

Standard hours will be 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may fluctuate slightly to accommodate business needs.
