Overview of Position:
- Administer TABE test for workforce development
- Develop and monitor reports for workforce development projects
- Create electronic attendance data
- Monitor and update attendance data
- Create electronic summary sheets for test scores
- Create weekly attendance reports
- Provide coaching and training on the attendance process
- Administer placement test to incoming students
- Score and interpret placements test scores
- Advise student of scores and assign them to appropriate class(s)
- Counsel students regarding programs options and available options and career transition services
- Administer specialized test such as the online GED ready for GED bound students
- Assist students in registering for the GED test
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Education or related field
- 2-3 years experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience working with adult students
- 5 plus years of customer services
