Electronic Assembly Tech
To assemble products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties
Responsible for testing and calibrating assemblies according to company policies for manufacturing and service
Assembles assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines and documentation. Perform checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards. Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions, Adheres to established company policies and procedures. Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines, Performs other related duties as assigned.

Manual Soldering and Solder Inspection
Final Assembly & Final Inspection
Test and Calibration Activities
Product repair activities
Perform tests on assemblies using the documented procedures for each assembly.
Recording the test results using the records provided and described in the Device Master Record for the assembly.
Use inspection and basic troubleshooting techniques to repair assemblies which do not pass the testing and calibration requirements
Work with production and service to understand the daily priorities. Document daily activity as required
Performs other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalence, Prior assembly experience helpful.
